Agreement

І. General Provisions:

1. This agreement is concluded between Chameleon RAF EOOD, provider of the services in the Bulgarian Internet Site “skyrent-bg.com” and the users who are using the services of the web site, no matter if they are registered or not. The usage of this hyper-link from the users is accepted as consent with the terms and conditions of this agreement. In case the users do not consent this agreement they are free not to use the Bulgarian Internet Site “skyrent-bg.com”.
2. Chameleon RAF EOOD gives its services as described in its website, without taking the responsibility for eventual physical or logical problems appeared on the users computers as loss of information, virus infection or any other similar damages.
3. Chameleon RAF EOOD gives the possibility for advertisement in internet of an active companies and organizations, registered on the territory or Republic of Bulgaria.
4. The companies whishing to use the services of the internet site “skyrent-bg.com” can register for free by e-mail, ICQ, Skype or contacting us on the phone numbers listed in the website.
5. The free registration gives you the right of just one record in the catalog.
6. All visits trough Chameleon RAF EOOD (www.skyrent-bg.com) are reported from the date of publishing of the company website.
7. Proposing an offer for renting a car can be done by e-mail, ICQ, Skype or trough the phone numbers listed in the website.
8. All banners are visualized on a rotation principle according to the assigned limit of appearing.

ІІ. Rights and Obligations of Chameleon RAF EOOD:

1. Publishing of actual information provided by the company.
2. In time user registration /if asked for/.
3. Chameleon RAF EOOD informs its clients that as a moment/date of payment are accepted the date of the bank documents for transferring the amount or the issued expenditure cash voucher.
4. In time correction of the records by request of the user company.
5. Chameleon RAF EOOD does not allow records with pornographic or erotic content and such that are violating the Internet ethics, the laws of Republic of Bulgaria and the International laws.
6. Chameleon RAF EOOD does not allow records which are corresponding to fun, news, private persons; references to other websites that doesn’t have connection with the main activity of the Bulgarian Internet Site “skyrent-bg.com”.
7. Removing of incorrect and inappropriate according to the activities of skyrent-bg.com records.
8. Chameleon RAF EOOD is obliged to not publish any information on the companies stated by them in the registration form, except when it is agreed within the parties and with the exception of the cases when the rights and the interests of Chameleon RAF EOOD are violated or this information is required from the government institutions according to the Bulgarian laws.
9. Chameleon RAF EOOD keeps its right to terminate its relationship with a user without preliminary notice in case it is ascertain violations in the execution of the Agreement conditions, the Internet ethics, Bulgarian and International Laws; in this case the company does not owe compensations.
10. Chameleon RAF EOOD does not reimburse for incorrect and inappropriate for the business catalog records because it is considered that the user had read and accepted the terms of this agreement.
11. Chameleon RAF EOOD does not reimburse for services which are unilaterally and preliminary terminated from the customers, regardless the time frame for which the services were paid.
12. Chameleon RAF EOOD does not accept any commitments with regards to relationships of the users with a third parties and does not take the responsibilities for miss benefits and caused damages result of such relationships.
13. Chameleon RAF EOOD keeps its right to change and improve the type of services at each time and to inform in time its users by publishing messages in this agreement or by informing the users personally in writing. If the companies/users do not declare their disagreement with the changes in time, than they will be considered automatically committed with them. In case of a declared disagreement within the time frame Chameleon RAF EOOD can temporary or completely terminate its relationship with the company/user.
14. Chameleon RAF EOOD has the right to send notifications by fax or e-mail with which the written form is considered as kept.
15. Chameleon RAF EOOD has the right to use cookies which is small quantity of information transmitted from the server to the clients computer and recorded on it for short period of time as the clients computer is transmitting these data back to the server and like this it is identified.
16. Chameleon RAF EOOD is obliged to not publish and give the e-mail addresses of the companies registered in www.skyrent-bg.com.
17. Chameleon RAF EOOD has the right to send service mails to the participants in www.skyrent-bg.com until their expressly refuse from it.
18. Chameleon RAF EOOD gives the opportunity for indirect contact between the users with companies, who are part of the catalog.
19. Chameleon RAF EOOD does not refuse records made only with capital letters.
20. Chameleon RAF EOOD will not publish in www.skyrent-bg.com pictures of vehicles, which do not correspond to the listed in the offers brands.
21. Chameleon RAF EOOD guarantees the objectivity of the information which is published directly from the employees and/or with their assistance in public and does not allow publication of information which can bring to ethnical, religious or other intension or intolerance.

ІІІ. Rights and Obligations of the Users:

1. All registered users in the catalog will receive company number with which they will identify when using the services of www.skyrent-bg.com.
2. All discounts and preferences will be recorded on the company account.
3. The activity of the company to be accordingly to the announced by the Bulgarian Internet Site “skyrent-bg.com” categories as the user should not have any claims for specific services different from the listed above.
4. Correct fill in of the customers form for registration, including and the information in English. Records with Bulgarian text and keywords in English will not be published in the English version of the website.
5. The user has the full responsibility for the meaning, accuracy and author rights of the information published on the webpage as it is obligatory to not violate the Internet ethics, Bulgarian and International laws and to not create connections to other/similar WebPages.
6. In time arrangement from users side of all financial relationships with Chameleon RAF EOOD otherwise the user will be deprived from the possibility of request a claim at any kind against Chameleon RAF EOOD.
7. In case of following disagreement with the policy and the conditions to the users from Chameleon RAF EOOD side the user can terminate in advance its relationship with the company delivering the services (Chameleon RAF EOOD), but doesn’t have the right of any compensation.
8. The user does not have the right to input information violating rules and moral of the good nature, the rights and freedoms of the citizens according to the Constitution of Republic of Bulgaria, the laws and international acts, as well as the confidential information from any kind.
